Hamburg Research Seminar Marketing and Media



The Institute for Marketing puts a focus on research and offers a specific research seminar each term. This seminar brings together various experts while at the same time providing a platform to discuss research papers. Each term, three distinguished marketing and media experts present their research projects in this seminar. In addition, once per term a workshop will be held in which the department’s current dissertations and postdoctoral projects are introduced.

The research seminar encourages the exchange of new results and methodical findings in the fields of marketing and media management research. It addresses both scientists and general practitioners who focus on quantitatively and/or empirically oriented marketing and media research. Besides, it serves to establish and maintain a scientific network in Hamburg including distinguished colleagues from the international scientific community.
